Picture taken with iPhone XS Max in Portrait mode where you can edit picture in different ways. |
It's been two years exactly that I stopped using my DSLR camera for my phone, and solely use my iPhone to take pictures and record. It's also been 4 years that I traded in my android phone for an apple phone and I wouldn't change a thing.
With the money that is sometimes spent on phones, you want to make sure that it is going to last a long time and that the investment is worth it. For me the investment was worth so much more than I imagined. I'm able to take amazing pictures and video with my phone, and as a mom who is always on the go I love not needing any extra baggage and can just rely on my phone.
It's also great for little ones to help out with taking pictures and videos without you worrying about your phone breaking, just make sure you have a good protective case and you shroud be good. Trust me, my phone has been dropped quite a few times and it has yet to break, knock on wood.
The new iPhone 11 is finally out and there are so many great shots that can be taken with these phones, after I tell you about them, I won't be surprised if you ran to get your hands on an iPhone for yourself :)
Portrait mode on the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max is amazing. Not only does it deliver the ultimate portrait experience that will out your dslr camera to shame but it also offers some fun filters where you can edit the light into Natural lighting, Studio light, Contour light, stage light mono, stage light and the all new high light mono.
Below you can see a picture that I took in portrait mode with my iPhone XS Max and the played with the lighting.
This is with the iPhone XS Max, now imagine with an iPhone 11. I should know, last week I got to check out some of the new apple phones and see the effects for myself. It made me want to upgrade my iPhone with there and then.
Night mode on the new iPhones is out of this world. As a blogger and YouTube who uses her phone for taking pictures and recording during the day and night, I was in awe at the clarity in which the pictures turned out.
The night mode on iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 max, is no joke. It is made possible by the new wide camera sensor with 100 percent Focus Pixels and intelligent software, enables low- light photos. There is a yellow night mode icon to which will indicate to you that you are shooting in night mode, it also determines capture time based on the scene that you want to capture. It also displays the time in the night mode icon. If you want to extend the capture time, you can tap on the night mode icon and adjust the slider to max.
Videos and images can be enhanced with the Native Photo + Video editing tools, it's easy to apply, adjust and review at a glance.
Not only that but every tool and effect you use on your photos can be used on videos. That includes rotate, crop and enhance - right within the photos app.
For a content creator like myself this is the must have phone. After getting to play with the new iPhones I've made sure to add them to my wish list. They would be great for any everyday job which includes, taking pictures and videos with my phone.
I made sure to rave about the new phones to my family and friends, so much so that my dad switched over his android and is now an apple user himself. He is the proud owner of an Apple iPhone 11.
What are you most excited about from the new iPhone features?
Love,
Kary xoxo
