On Wednesday I was invited to attend a very special event hosted by Dreft at the Gansevoort Park Avenue Hotel.
It was a very special Loads of Love themed baby shower for the new to be first time parents, Sean and Catherine Lowe's former contestants from The Bachelor.
Dreft is the number #1 baby laundry detergent and has been around for over 80 years and i've been using it since 2001 a few years before my son is born, I mean who doesn't love the smell of a baby, and that's what your clothes will smell like if you use Dreft. Not only that but it is formulated to be gentle on baby's skin but tough on stains.
Now for even better news. I was able to see Drefts new expanded line of products that is meant to match the different stages of babyhood. Beginning from pregnancy through toddlerhood and beyond.
Stage 1: Newborn and Stage 2: Active Baby. They also have Dreft blissful, if you've ever wanted to make your clothes more scentful, than this is your solution. Dreft blissfuls are little in wash scent boosters. All of Dreft products are #1 choice of pediatricians, because it is specially formulated for baby's.
Watching Catherine and Sean answer some questions
The food being served was amazing, those little pork sliders were delicious
How cute are these little chocolate covered pretzel rods?
Beautiful cake for the parents to be
After being able to look at the new Dreft products and munching on some very yummy treats we were able to have a round table conversation with the parents to be. It was great to be able to talk about motherhood, Dreft products which by the way Sean has already been using to wash the baby's linen and clothes as they set up the baby's nursery.
And give the new mommy to be some advice. Catherine and Sean were so nice and it was great to be able to listen to them and what they wish for, for their new to be family of three. I was excited to hear that one of their little family traditions that they look forward to is sitting down at the table for dinner and being able to talk like a family. I remember doing that with my family as I grew up and I love doing that with my family now. You can watch more of their interview with us bloggers on my Youtube channel, sometime next week.
Catherine is due July 5th and they have left the babys gender a surprise till birth.
